SELECTOR – Documentaries over 50 minutes
Jovana Nikolić, producer
The main producer of award-winning documentaries The Undertaker (Pogrebnik), 2013, The Caviar Connection (Kavijar konekšn) 2008 and National park (Nacionalni park) 2006. All three films premiered IDFA, Amsterdam and broadcasted on television all over Europe. For The Caviar Connection she received support from ITVS International and broadcast on 92 US TV channels. Obtained her PhD in management and production of documentaries in unfavorable conditions for cultural development from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. EAVE and Berlinale Talents alumnus.

SELECTOR – Documentaries up to 50 minutes
Čarna Manojlović, director
Her thesis film, feature documentary Three Street/Personal Stories (Tri (u)lične priče) won the Grand Prix at the 50th Martovski Festival as well as the Best first-time director award. Just like on the previous film, she was the writer, director of photography, director and co-producer of her second feature documentary Miki Manojlović: Films (Miki Manojlović: filmska ostvarenja) (2005). She was the artistic director and selector of the Women’s Eye of the World festival (2008) the first women’s film festival in the Balkans. She is the writer, director and co-producer of the documentary feature film Milena (2001). Since 2009, she is an assistant professor at Film and Television Direction and Editing department at the Belgrade Academy of Arts. Her films have been selected for film festivals and platforms such as East Silver in Jihlava, ZagrebDox in Zagreb, in Motovun, Serbian Film Festival in Paris, Serbian Film Festival in Chicago, Kustendorf, Beldocs festival in Belgrade, PitchWise festival in Sarajevo, Be-Fem, FemixFest… In a multi-media art project Brave Women Travel Through Time (2017-2018) she displayed her work in Belgrade Integration Workshop, the Prozor gallery, ULUS gallery and Parobrod Culture Institution during the Museum Night 2018, as well as in Sarajevo and Zvornik. She is a mum to two boys.

SELECTOR – Short film (national selection)
Nemanja Jovanov, cinematographer
Born in Belgrade. Obtained his BA in cinematography from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. Worked as director of Photography on a number of films, as well as on international documentaries. Made a series of short films, some of which became part of permanent exhibitions in modern museums across the world. Takes photos for national and international magazines. For more than a decade works with Belgrade based company Living Pictures on post-production. Member of the Association of Film Artists of Serbia, department of director of photography, as well as the Journalists’ Association of Serbia.

SELECTOR– experimental film and video art
Marta Popivoda, film director and video artist
She obtained her BA in film directing from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and master’s degree in experimental film from UDK in Berlin. She initiated the Illegal Cinema project (2007-2015 Belgrade, Paris, Bilbao) and she is the artistic director of the modern experimental film festival REZ. Her art work has been presented at numerous festivals and exhibitions in Serbia and worldwide (Museum of Modern Art, Belgrade; MoMA, New York; Tate Modern, London). Winner of the Academy of Arts Berlin Art Prize as well as the Edith-Russ-Haus Award for Emerging Media Artists.

SELECTOR – Animated film
Ana Nedeljković, visual artist
Her first film Rabbitland, made in collaboration with Nikola Majdak Jr won the Crystal Bear award at the Berlin Film Festival, has been selected for over a hundred film festivals across the globe and won numerous awards. Their second film Untravel (Neputovanja) has also been selected for numerous festival, including the Berlin Film Festival and Sundance, and was a Annie Award nominee.

SELECTOR – Short film – international selection
Kristina Đuković, dramaturgist
Born in Belgrade, in 1981. She obtained her BA in dramaturgy from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. Writes for radio, television, and film, writes also film critics and essays on film. Collaborated on the book of film essays Novi kadrovi – skrajnute vrednosti srpskog filma, (CLIO, 2008). Worked as editor in Radio Belgrade drama program and since 2013, works as dramaturgist and film critic with RTS.

SELECTOR – Short film – international selection
Darko Lungulov, film director
Born in Belgrade, obtained a BFA in Film and Video from City College of New York. His first feature film Here and There(Tamo i ovde) was awarded at the Tribeca International Film Festival 2009, selected for more than 50 international fim festival and won 20 awards. His next film Monument to Michael Jackson (Spomenik Majklu Džeksonu), 2014, had its world premiere at the Karlovy Vary festival, has been selected for more than forty international film festivals and won eight awards. Worked as co-writer with Mirjana Karanović on her directing debut Good Wife (Dobra žena) that had its world premiere at the Sundance film festival 2016.
